Fusion Reconstruct is a family-owned and run residential building business with over 16 years industry experience. Our team pride themselves on quality not quantity, providing clients with an inspiring building experience.
Formerly Bay Haven Homes, Fusion Reconstruct have been proudly operating for over 11 years. After being a subcontractor for several years to other big builders we realised that they were just that "builders" and lacked the sense of passion, care, approachability and customer service that we valued. This lack of true personalisation and care is what led to the exciting conception of our own custom building business Bay Haven Homes Pty Ltd in 2008. We have a burning desire to share our love of building and design with our own clients to enable you to receive not only the personalised attention that you deserve but also to share our experience and knowledge enabling you to create the project of your dreams and live the ultimate lifestyle you work so hard for.
Not only do we share our joy of the industry in business, but we also constantly have our own personal renovation projects we work on so its not just a "job" for us. We genuinely love building, renovating, and interior design - we get such satisfaction when our clients see their complete projects for the first time whether it be a full home renovation, bathroom reno, swimming pool or something else!
Over the years we have experienced tears of joy, clients who have been completely speechless (in a good way!), jumps for joy and loads of hugs of appreciation. To us it's not about just completing a project for someone, its about giving our valued clients (who over the process generally become friends) a beautiful home or swimming pool that they can share with family and friends, making memories in a place where security, comfort, love and laughter is paramount - that is why we do what we do!!

Every client is given a Fixed Price Contract so you know exactly what you are getting, eliminating any unnecessary variations throughout the build (unless they are your changes) ensuring timelines are met and your budget doesn’t blow out.
